Within the certain range the vehicle mounted electro-optical surveillance system is used to observe and surveillance targets through CCD camera system in the daytime and through the low light level night vision device or the infrared thermal imager at night around the perimeter of the vehicle in the panoramic direction and to obtain the evidence of the target and record it. It can effectively isolate the posture change of the vehicle and shaking interference to surveillance (camera) device. It can provide clear and stabilized image.

The system is suitable for different kinds of chariots, communication and command cars, armored soldier-carrying vehicles, patrol cars (for police, armed police and the frontier defense), money-carrying truck and other vehicles for special mission.

Observe and search the targets by manual operation, electrically adjust and change optical parameters such as focusing and zooming.

With double-axis gyro stabilization function and good capability of the resistance to shock and vibration.

Provide the interface with vehicle borne GPS and link up the networks with vehicle borne mobile communication equipment and transmit the image and data to the base station or command center in real time.
