Introduction: |
|
|
HEOS series shipboard TV image surveillance and control system can observe main positions inside the cabin such as the engine room, the cargo hold, external circumstances outside the cabin such as front deck and back deck and the vicinity of the ship in all weather coditions. It can be also used as auxiliary observation when the ship leaves off the dock or come into the dock.
Characteristics:
■ Have surveillance function in all weathers and can monitor the target clearly day and night.
■ The pan/tilt stand outside the cabin made of special material can effectively prevent the inroads from erosive gas for example aqueous vapor, smoke.

HEOS-100 series shipboard TV image surveillance and control system includes camera front end, protection hood, pan/tilt stand, laser illuminator, infrared thermal imager, pan/tilt stand outside the cabin, decoder, video image recorder, computer, track ball and display device.

3) Schematic layout of image surveillance system composition

The elevational and azimuth rotation of the pan/tilt stand, lens focusing and adjusting focusing can be performed through controlling the operational keyboard. The video images from the different camera front ends can be seen on the display in the pilot room. The image from the any one of channels can be displayed and also the images from the multiple channels can be displayed on the same screen or displayed in the round robin mode. HD recorder provides the network interface. The computer connected with the network can watch the images from the different camera front ends in the real time mode through the software.
The system adopts the third generation embedded HD recorder which supports the multiple channel video input. The first one of the video input channels will support the D1 resolution code. The other channels will support the C1F resolution code. Video compression standard adopts the state of art H.264. RTOS embedded operating system is adopted with smooth and reliable operation. It can simultaneously record the images from the multiple channels in 24 hours without interruption and last more than 15 days. |

Introduction: |

The director of the shipboard optronic tracking, surveillance and search (evidence-taking) system is installed on the top deck of the ship. Its display and control console is installed in the pilot room. The targets are observed, monitored and searched by the high performance color CCD camera system in the daytime, are searched and observed by the infrared thermal imaging system at night. Meanwhile, if the system adopts the big power laser illuminator to illuminate the target at night, the target above the sea surface will be observed, monitored and searched by the high sensitive CCD B/W camera system. HEOS-300 system adopts advanced gyroscope stabilized technology, and computer image processing and control technology. It can effectively isolate from the swaying of the ship. HEOS-300 system can be used to observe, search, monitor and automatically track sea environment, sea resource, sea ships and floater and so on in all weather conditions(24h).
