This type of the built-in gate opening instrument is a patent product developed by the company. The patent Number is ZL 00230128.8 and ZL2 00420076405.5.

The instrument adopts the coil spring takeup device with double constant force. The tension of the wire rope is greater than 100N. It is suitable for the measuring range 0~16m. There is a precise gear lead screw driving device in the interior of the instrument in which four travel switches can be installed. The four travel switches correspond respectively with four controlling points within the measuring range. The product is suitable for opening measuring and control of the plain batten gate, arclike gate, leaf gate, fast gate and the different valves.

The product has the following characteristics:
The winding drum device of the constant tensional takeup is used in order to make the wire rope
     maintain the constant tension within the measuring range.
Automatic rope-winding mechanism is provided to achieve the automatic rope-winding function.
The measuring wire rope is positioned in the interior of the oil cylinder in order to prevent the man
     induced and external interference.
Passive contact switch is installed in the interior to achieve the gate position control.
Constant force coil spring and encoder etc. wearing parts are on the outside of the oil cylinder for easy
     repair and maintenance.

The opening measuring and control digital display unit can provide several output types for selection.

2 Limit switch ( adopt good quality imported product )
The four travel switches (or electro-optical switches) can be installed on the opening measuring sensor device through the precise gear lead screw driving device. The four travel switches correspond respectively with four controlling points. Stepless adjustment can be carried on through respective positional screw at the message transmission position of the each switch. The repetition accuracy of the switch: ≤± 3mm
